Here is where we keep our frequently asked questions.  You asked, so here it is!

What is your return Policy? TOP

Nurslings Refund and Return Policy: NON CARRIER ITEMS

We stand behind all of our products and will offer a full refund on any NON-NURSLINGS-CARRIER order within 14days of shipping.  Items must be un-washed, un-opened, In their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on items smelling like smoke, or other smells.  This is for the benefit of us all.  We do not refund any shipping charges.  This includes those paid at checkout and those returning your item.  The only exception to this rule is if an item is defective.  Refunds will be given once we receive your item back and it is inspected, you will be given your refund via the same way you paid.  We take pride in our speedy shipping and great service.  We will try and work with you on any issues that arise.  If you are unhappy, please contact me.  I am reasonable.  I will do my best to please you, and see that all of your expectations are met.  However they must be reasonable expectations.


Cancellations / Refunds / Changes to orders TOP

Nurslings Hemp Tai / Nurslings Podegi Refunds:

Refunds:  Will be on a case by case basis.  Things not part of refunds are minor sewing imperfections.  These are handmade items, and sometimes cosmetic flaws do occur, that in no way affect the safety of our carriers. We appreciate your understanding in this delicate matter.


Changes to orders:  After you place an order, you have 24 hours to make any changes.  I obviously prefer no changes, however sometimes things need to be adjusted.  Please make sure that you put all of your special requests, specify colors in the NOTES field of your order.

You have 24hours to Cancel an order.


Warranty Information TOP

Here at Nurslings Boutique, we will bring you excellent quality products.  Our Nurslings Hemp Tai line is sewn by skilled seamstresses.  Your Carrier is Warrantied for ONE YEAR against normal use and wear.  This includes small holes, gaps, and Stitching.  It does NOT include anything that is from Misuse of our carriers.  I would not recommend tying your carrier to a tree while leaving a strap in the car and driving away to test it's strength... That would not be covered under our warranty policy.  I will be the deciding person on whether I believe a tear/rip/hole is from faulty sewing, or misuse.  If it is deemed to be defective, we will repair your carrier free of charge.  If it is deemed a misuse, a fee may be assesed to cover our seamstress charges.  This will be on a case by case basis. 

Our warranty extends to the original owner of our carrier.  Not third parties, fourth parties and so on.  We realize that with the age of buying and selling on the internet that if your carrier does not work for you that you might sell it, please be aware that we do not warranty after you sell your carrier.  We may however fix small issues, but such things will be at the (new) owners expense.  Thank you for understanding, and please notify any future owners of our policy. 

Occasionally, crooked stitching happens.  We are not a factory.  I choose to employ local moms to sew my Hemp Tais.  Crooked stitching is not a safety concern, and is generally purely a cosmetic issue.  If you are unhappy with stitching on your carrier, please contact me, and send me a picture.  Most likely I will offer a cosmetic refund.  This is at my discretion, if you wish to return your carrier, I will assess any issues once the carrier has arrived, and will decide whether a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.  Shipping for non-defective (safety) is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.  I do reserve the right to make exceptions.


Third Party Sales of Nurslings Carriers TOP

Once the original owner/purchaser of a Nurslings Hemp Tai, Nurslings Podegi, or any other Nurslings Product decides to sell to a third party, all warranties are void.  We cannot be held responsible or any damges.  Sometimes fixing a problem will be allowed, however shipping will be at the new owners expense.  We do not refund nor exchange with third party owners.  I sincerley hope you understand our position.


My Policies on altered carriers. TOP

I am aware of a few sites that offer alternations, like adding a new fabric layer over the exsisting layer, or adding other features, please be aware that altering my carriers will VOID ALL WARRANTIES. 

It will be impossible for me to know whether the structural integrity has been compromised if alterations are not completed by my company.

Will You Ship Internationally? TOP

Of course we will.  We ship Global Priority mail.  The cost of this service is generally 18.00-25.00.  You will receive an invoice for the difference in shipping.


What type of payments do you accept? TOP

We accept Paypal, and Credit cards.  We are working on accepting other forms of payment including google checkout.  If you are local, Cash and money orders are accepted.
